Cancellation policy
Late Arrival / Missed Sessions
Online / Telephone appointments
For online or telephone sessions, we will initiate the call at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed. If the call is unanswered, we will attempt to reach you again shortly after. If the second attempt fails, we ask you to contact us at your earliest convenience, but the session will proceed from the scheduled start time. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we will consider it a cancellation without notice. While the technology we use is reliable, in the rare event of a technical failure, we will do our best to offer an alternative method for the session. If we cannot provide the session and the fault is not on our end, we may charge for the appointment.
Cancellations
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, there is no charge. If you cancel within 48 hours, or if you miss the appointment without notice, you will be required to pay for the session as the time has already been reserved.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen, and we are willing to be flexible in such cases. If you foresee any issues attending your appointment, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If a genuine emergency prevents you from attending, we may consider waiving or reducing the cancellation fee. However, if cancellations become frequent, we may request a non-refundable pre-payment for future sessions, which will not be refunded even if cancelled within the usual 48-hour window.
If We Cancel
In the rare event that we need to cancel an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for any cancelled appointments, and we will make every effort to reschedule at a time that works for you.
